SY-3A-40W is a 40W 70/100V Speaker Line output driver, with 3 Audio inputs + Microphone/Line with Mixer.

Inputs - This Mono Amplifier accepts various input types.
Analogue - L+R analogue inputs via a 3.5mm TRS Jack and also RCA inputs.
Digital Audio – Digital audio via an S/PDIF Optical input.
Microphone /Line -  A Microphone input is complimented by switchable 48v phantom power and is equipped with an ‘Auto Ducking’ feature for professional talk over effect.  This is user selectable via RS232 command.  What does this do?  With auto Ducking enabled, when someone speaks into the Microphone, then it will lower (or Duck) the Level of the Programme Audio from your other inputs.  The Mic input can be set to MIC level with selectable 48V phantom power or set to LINE level. 
Internally Summed to Mono - All inputs are summed internally to provide a Mono output, which is rated at 40W.
100V/70V Line Drive Speaker Output – This Amplifier drives a 40 Watt speaker load. For use with 'constant voltage' or 'high impedance' speaker systems that contain a special step-down transformer.
Auto Mute - The unit mutes itself when no audio signal is detected.
Control – Equipped with RS232, Infra Red and Button controls.
RS232 Control - The 3A-40W is controllable by RS232, with Volume Up, Down, Balance and Mute along with Absolute Volume commands for exact and accurate system control. 
Infra Red Control – An IR Handset is included
Front Panel Buttons – Button controls for Bass, Treble, Volume adjustments and Input selection. 
Connections - All connections are on the rear panel via relevant connectors, along with the MIC setting controls.

This is an ideal product for either rack installation or fitting into credenzas and AV cupboards as found in many boardroom and classroom equipment installation scenarios.
