Open Frame Option

With an underside mounting bracket included at no extra cost, this flexible solution can be mounted into any kiosk, table or cabinet in any direction or orientation. The bracket also features micro-adjustment in all three directions to enable flush-fit surface integration. Alternatively, these monitors can be wall or stand mounted thanks to their complete enclosure.
Optional Integrated Windows PC
Easily transform this solution from an interactive touch monitor into a fully integrated all-in-one Windows touch screen simply by inserting an OPS PC into the built-in slot, with no cables required. To prevent theft or damage, this can be secured with a hex security screw.
10-Point PCAP Touch
Having up to 10 touch points allows users to perform a variety of touch gestures, including manipulating images and zooming in/out - much like you would with a domestic tablet or smart phone. It also allows multiple users to interact with the screen at the same time.
Surface Plasma Treatment
A special oleophobic coating makes the glass front more resistant to the oily residue left by fingerprints and improves the smoothness of touch gestures. Unlike other touch screens on the market, this glass is not etched, which vastly enhances the optical clarity.

Warranty
3-year warranty.
All standard product ranges come with a 3 year warranty starting from date of invoice. This excludes Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) products which come with a 2 year warranty. This also excludes all bespoke hardware which is manufactured under OEM.
Any warranty extension needs to be completed at point of order and should be clearly noted on the sales invoice.
Covers hardware failure but excludes accidental damage or user error.
All screen sizes up to and including 55”, as well as media players, are covered by a swap-out warranty. There may be some situations (such as not having a particular model in stock) where an advanced replacement product cannot be supplied, in these cases a collection, repair and return service will be implemented. Screens larger than 55” and freestanding models (“L” and “OT” ranges only, excluding “LUHB”, “LHDS”, “TAO”, “AB” and “OAB” ranges) are covered by an on-site service.
