The Ubiquiti UniFi Protect G5 Pro is a high-performance security camera designed to provide reliable surveillance for various applications. With its compact dimensions of Ø86 x 153.8 mm and a weight of 670 g, this camera is easy to install and discreet, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its durable construction features UV-stabilised polycarbonate and aluminum alloy materials, ensuring it can withstand environmental challenges. The camera's optics deliver excellent imaging capabilities, featuring a 1/2" 8MP sensor and a versatile lens with a wide-angle view angle of H 109.9°, V 60°, and D 127.7° for comprehensive coverage. It also offers a zoomed view angle of H 35°, V 19.8°, and D 40°, allowing for detailed surveillance of specific areas. The built-in IR LED illumination and IR cut filter enable clear night mode operation. The camera's video specifications include H.264 compression, a resolution of 3840 x 2160 at a maximum frame rate of 30 FPS, and a variety of image settings for customisation, ensuring high-quality video capture.The UniFi Protect G5 Pro is powered by a dual-core Arm Cortex-A53-based chip, which ensures efficient operation. It connects via a 10/100 MbE RJ45 port and is powered using PoE, simplifying installation. The camera's temperature tolerance ranges from -20 to 50°C (-4 to 122°F), allowing it to function in a wide range of climates. With a built-in microphone that can be disabled, it offers audio capabilities. The camera is managed using the UniFi Protect software, which is accessible via UniFi OS application and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The UniFi Protect G5 Pro is a versatile and robust security solution, delivering high-quality surveillance in various environments while being user-friendly and feature-rich.
