The QuickScan™ QD2400 2D imager was specifically designed to meet the needs of retailers, delivering outstanding omnidirectional reading performance on virtually all codes at an affordable price. Its elegant design incorporates a compact, lightweight enclosure without compromising Datalogic’s renowned durability.
Ideally suited for point-of-sale (POS) applications, the QuickScan QD2400 features a new illumination and aiming system aimed at reducing visual stress for operators during daily scanning tasks. It uses soft, dark red illumination combined with two blue LED triangles that guide the operator's aim at the targeted barcode. This results in a precise aiming system that minimizes eye fatigue while maintaining high operator efficiency.The QuickScan QD2400 reads standard printed linear barcodes as well as complex 2D barcodes displayed on mobile devices or loyalty cards, providing fast and reliable scanning from an elegant, robust design. Its imaging technology matches or exceeds the productivity of laser scanners while offering lower total cost of ownership and enhanced reliability over time.
This cost-effective solution allows for greater control through manual scanning, increasing both effectiveness and profitability. It also facilitates productive and precise reading of 1D barcodes.
