Built with versatility in mind, the Elo Edge Connect system offers a wide assortment of peripheral options. Whether for endless aisle, self-order or collaboration applications, you can seamlessly attach any combination of up to four peripherals to the edge of the touchscreen creating a bespoke solution. And, you can add or move them later as your needs change!
Power over Ethernet
Now you do not need to connect to a power adapter.
The Power-over-Ethernet (POE) module is an optional accessory you can pair with all I-Series 3.0 Models. All you need is a POE-capable network and to connect the POE Module to the I-Series.
In retail, where power drops can be expensive, running low voltage network cables allows for a lower cost solution. Or for AV applications (e.g., meeting rooms) - POE represents an easy-to -implement solution for conference room scheduler displays or AV control applications.
EloView®
EloView allows you to deploy and securely manage your entire network of Android-powered interactive signage, point-of-sale systems and kiosk - from anywhere around the world. You can deploy content, manage settings and maintain the OS to reduce operating costs while increasing up-time and security.
The EloView architecture also allows you to leverage your content investments in mobile and web assets. Simply push your apps and responsive websites via the EloView portal. Virtual GPS via EloView
Often, applications depend upon the GPS location of individual devices to understand what content to display. The problem is a GPS chip does not work indoors and can be expensive to add to a device that spends its life fixed to a specific location.
With EloView, you can set the location (latitude/longitude) of the fixed device remotely, allowing the application to sync with the GPS coordinates. Now the application can run localized content because it knows where the unit is.
