If a defect is discovered in a product covered by this warranty, Newline Interactive will provide onsite support and/or advanced replacement for the defective unit. Prior to replacing the unit, a troubleshooting process will be followed to confirm the unit is defective and it is possible that an onsite repair can rectify the defect; if that is the case, the onsite repair will be done.
