Panasonic AG-CX350 Handheld Camcorder 15.03 MP MOS 4K Ultra HD Black
Panasonic developed the new CX Series of handheld camcorders, spearheaded by the AG-CX350, to fuse video, on-air broadcasting, and communication for the next generation. The AG-CX350 features 4K/UHD resolution, 10-bit depth, HDR-compatible image quality, and a host of recording formats for the ultimate creativity in a compact, lightweight body with low power consumption. It is also equipped with an RTMP/RTSP function for live streaming and NDI | HX-ready IP connectivity, to serve as a live camera, and clearly expands the usability of the handheld camcorder beyond conventional news gathering and recording applications to meet a wide range of professional needs.
The AG-CX350’s lens is the widest-angle in the industry at 24.5mm, allowing the capture of wide-angle images with minimal distortion, whilst the optical zoom of 20x covers up to 490mm telephoto in all modes. The i.Zoom functionality enables seamless zooming of up to 32x in HD or 24x in UHD with no degradation in zoom, whilst the CX350 also comes with a digital 2x, 5x and 10x zoom. The AG-CX350 features HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) support for HDR capture, and can be selected from eight in-camera modes (HD, SD, FILMLIKE 1, FILMLIKE 2, FILMLIKE 3, FILM-REC, VIDEO-REC, HLG).
The newly-developed 1-type MOS sensor offers a high-quality image with shallow depth of field and high sensitivity of F12 at 60Hz and F13 at Hz at 2000 TV lines. It supports multiformats, including UHD, HD and SD without cropping in all modes.
The CX350 can be used to support live coverage of concerts and sports events, as well as for live streaming of breaking news with support of streaming services from Facebook and YouTube. The CX350 is also the first camera recorder that support NDI|HX, which allows for video transmission and camera control to be made via an IP connection, without having to use an external recorder. -
