We are happy to announce our new G-Touch® Emerald! Our continued innovation has helped us develop an interactive touch screen with outstanding image quality.

Now with the highest brightness of any G-Touch® screen and now features the latest optical bonded technology which allows the G-Touch® displays to have wide viewing angles with next to no glare. The G-Touch® Emerald also features a USB Type C, 20W front facing speakers and strong and durable glass which future proofs your investment!

User interface is one of the most important factors when developing digital touch technology. Developing a 3-touch rule allows users to access any function within 3 touches, ensuring an intuitive and easy way to use our G-Touch® screens.

Introduction

The 4K Emerald screen comes complete with the latest Android operating system with the ability to download apps from the Genee App Store. The Android system also allows users to mirror cast their device onto the screen, and seamlessly integrate technology such as our Genee Vision Visualisers.

Genee App Store
You wouldn’t buy a mobile device without an accompanying App Store, so why would you purchase a touchscreen without one?

The G-Touch® 4K Emerald range come with the Genee App Store pre-installed for all key stages and subjects.

The store provides quick and easy access to a range of educational related applications that have been selected, tested and verified by a content team made up of ex teachers. The App Store is for teachers, made by teachers. The store features apps listed in useful teaching categories by subject, age range, key stage and product type.

The Genee App store has hundreds of apps with over 80% being free of charge.

Wireless Display Mirroring
The G-Touch® 4K Emerald range has built in wireless display mirroring. This allows teachers and students to cast their Apple, Google, Android or PC device directly to the screen. The teacher can review student’s work on the screen which can be mirrored to all laptops and tablets being used in the classroom.

With more and more classrooms becoming digital, it is important for devices to be able to integrate with each other.

The 4K Emerald allows users to cast their Google and Apple devices without the need for third-party applications. Simply, press screen mirroring on your device, enter the code which is displayed on the touchscreen and you will be connected.

You are able to showcase up to 4 devices Android at the same time.

Seamless integration with Genee Vision Visualiser
Genee offers a range of wired and wireless visualisers (also known as document cameras) to display the pupils or teachers’ demonstrations, experiment or printed document onto the interactive touchscreen in a shared or one to one environment. The Genee Vision Wired Range enables seamless integration without the need of any additional apps or software.

Connectivity Various Inputs and Outputs
Buttons and connection ports are now front facing for easy access and side facing, allowing devices to be connected through a range of multiple inputs, ideal for a variation between permanent and temporary teaching staff.

Warranty / In House Technical Team
Our Genee technical team are there to assist on any problems you may have with your Genee products within your warranty period or outside the warranty period. Genee ensures to provide the ultimate customer experience, which is why Genee is one of the few AV manufacturers that employs its own dedicated internal technical team, rather than sub-contracting to a third party. You can be rest assured when it comes to our hardware support, it will be a Genee qualified engineer who will provide the best customer service and support.

Natural Writing experience
All G-Touch® Emerald has a short response time which allows for a natural writing experience with next to no lag. All of the G-Touch® also come with magnetic pen which you can use for precise handwriting.

Training
Our training programmes are delivered by a fully qualified, experienced classroom teacher. These will enable you to access your new technology and utilise it to enhance learning and engagement for your students. This programme is designed for skills training, building on the content of each introductory training session. It is highly recommended that you have received the ‘Get Going’ Workshop before signing up to the PDP.

The Blue light filter decreases the amount of blue light displayed on the screen of the device. This can help reduce digital eye strain, which will make your eyes feel less tired by the end of the day.

All of our G-Touch® screens have the latest anti-glare technology. This coupled with the brightness of our LED panel enables content to be viewed in any environment.

Gesture Control
The G-Touch® has been developed to be as easy to use as possible. Gestures reduce the number of touches needed on the screens as complicated functions can be completed with simple swipes. This is why most gestures you use on your phone can be used on our touchscreens. These are gestures such as pinch to zoom, rotating images, and much more!
