We always aim to dispatch orders before the festive break, however courier networks can experience delays at peak season.

Same day dispatch guideline
Orders placed before 15:00
On standard working days, Monday to Friday, orders completed and paid before 15:00 GMT are normally dispatched the same day, subject to stock, courier cut offs and any special handling requirements.
Peak season risk
Courier network pressure
During December, parcel and pallet networks run close to capacity. We will move orders out of our warehouse quickly, however occasional delays within the courier network are outside our direct control.

These dates are provided as a planning guide. Actual delivery dates can vary by product type, delivery postcode, courier capacity and weather. Large format displays, pallets and remote locations may follow different service levels.

Same day dispatch policy
Orders received and paid for before 15:00 GMT on working days, Monday to Friday, are scheduled for same day dispatch, subject to live stock, courier cut off times, credit checks where relevant and any additional configuration or installation services.
Orders placed after 15:00 GMT move into the next working day dispatch queue. The team will still attempt to move late orders the same day where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Public holidays, weekends and peak season congestion can affect all lead times, even when orders leave our warehouse on schedule.
Checking delivery charges
For the most accurate shipping cost, please use our checkout page.
- Standard next working day services for most mainland UK postcodes.
- Timed, pre noon and Saturday options where offered by the courier.
- Separate pricing for pallet, large format and remote locations.
If you have a critical deadline for an installation or go live, speak to the Screen Moove team before ordering so we can validate stock, courier options and risk.
📦 Packaging and sustainability
Reducing waste while keeping your equipment protected.
Reusing packaging where practical
In order to reduce our carbon footprint and cut unnecessary waste, the Screen Moove warehouse will reuse packaging materials wherever this does not compromise product protection. This can include outer cartons, void fill and internal packaging such as bubble wrap, air pillows and foam.
The display or hardware you receive will always be new unless we have explicitly agreed a graded or refurbished unit with you in advance. The outer box may show signs of reuse, which reflects our commitment to more responsible shipping, not the condition of the unit inside.
If you have any specific packaging requirements for a project, or you need original manufacturer cartons kept intact for a rollout or storage, please discuss this with the team before placing your order.
