• WARRANTY Newline Interactive warrants your products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the corresponding period of time (see above table) from the original date of purchase. If a defect is discovered in a product covered by this warranty, Newline Interactive will provide onsite support and/or advanced replacement for the defective unit. Before replacing the unit, a troubleshooting process will be followed to confirm the unit is defective and it is possible that an onsite repair can rectify the defect; if that is the case, the onsite repair will be done.
