Osprey Talon UHD-SCD 12G-SDI Hardware Video Decoder
The Talon UHD-SCD 12G-SDI Hardware Video Decoder from Osprey is a professional hardware video decoder with H.265/HEVC and H.264/AVC input compression support and 10-bit 4:2:2 color depth. The Talon automatically matches input resolution and handles up to UHD 4K60 with four stereo pairs of embedded audio totaling eight channels going out over 12G-SDI. The very compact decoder works silently thanks to its fanless operation and has status LED indicators for worry-free workflows and a locking power connector to ensure reliability and continuous power. The software features of the Talon include embedded closed caption support, SMPTE 2038, and password protection. A mounting bracket set is included.
