In addition, the supported vDisplay Manager software for multi-tasking provides efficient on-screen display control.   • For information on obtaining warranty service, call your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic Call Desk / Service Provider or ViewSonic; refer to the Contact Us page located in each country's corresponding web site:
  • To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide.
    1. The original dated sales slip. (Invoice or Proof of purchase)
    2. Your name.
    3. Your address.
    4. The serial number, IMEI number and the model number of the product.
    5. A description of the problem.
    6. Mobile and wireless products and All-in-One, customers should provide the user name and the password in order to access the device and perform warranty service.
  • For DOA cases apart from above the followings are also required.
    1. A photo showing the defect symptom.
    2. A photo of the unit serial number with the bar code.
    3. A photo showing the condition of the original container.
