Centralized management allows remote control of one or more screens, enabling functions like timed startup/shutdown, brightness/volume adjustments, and program updates via USB or remote release. Advanced organizational permissions support a 5-level structure for managing materials, programs, terminals, and users, with customizable user roles and permissions. Multiple security safeguards, including encryption for data storage and transmission, a three-level approval process for materials and schedules, and secure password management, ensure reliable and mistake-free operation.
