The Blustream CMX42CS is a compact yet powerful 4x2 HDMI 2.0 matrix switch engineered for high-performance AV signal routing in demanding custom installation environments. Delivering premium 4K video support and advanced integration capabilities, it represents unmatched value and flexibility for professional AV installers.
Supporting full HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2 compliance, the CMX42CS enables the reliable distribution of up to four HDMI source devices to two independent HDMI outputs. All video resolutions up to 4K UHD at 60Hz 4:4:4 (18Gbps) are supported, ensuring full compatibility with the latest UHD and HDR content.
With its robust feature set and installer-centric design, the CMX42CS is an ideal solution for residential AV systems, boardrooms, classrooms, and multi-zone commercial environments requiring reliable 4K video distribution and system control.

Video down-conversion on outputs allowing a display only capable of supporting lower video resolutions (4K 60Hz 4:2:0 or 1080p) to receive 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 video content while still showing maximum original 4K UHD resolution on remaining video output
Supports all industry standard video resolutions including VGA-WUXGA and 480i-4K
Supports all known HDMI audio formats including Dolby TrueHD, Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio transmission
HDMI audio breakout to associated output analogue L/R audio and coaxial digital outputs concurrently
Control via front panel, TCP/IP, IR and RS-232
IR routing
Supplied with Blustream 5V IR receivers and emitters
