The Neomounts by Newstar CL25-530BL1 is a universal projector ceiling mount. Because of the high weight capacity up to 45 kg and the various adjustment options, this projector ceiling mount is widely applicable. The CL25-530BL1 has four extendable arms and the versatile tilt (+20°, -20°), rotate (360°) and swivel (+8°, -8°) technology, provides optimal placement of the projection on any canvas, screen or wall.
The Neomounts by Newstar CL25-530BL1 is equipped with an Easy-release system, which highly eases installation; (de)installation of the projector to the projector mount can be done in an instant and by only one person. In addition, the round pole allows easy installation to a suspended ceiling. Finally, the pole of the Neomounts by Newstar projector mount can be tilted on the ceiling side, so that installation against a sloped ceiling is effortless. The fixation of the mount itself is sturdy and firm, therefore vibration free.
The cable management system of the CL25-530BL1 ensures the cables are neatly concealed, because they are routed through the pole of the projector ceiling mount. -

Warranty Repair: In the event that any Neomounts product becomes defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Neomounts will determine with you if the product defect is covered under warranty. Neomounts, at its own discretion, may replace or repair the product determined to be under warranty at a designated Neomounts location or at your location. The labor costs associated with the repair of the product may be the responsibility of Neomounts if determined to be under warranty.
You must receive pre-approval by Neomounts for the labor costs prior to repair or replacement of warranty products. You must contact Neomounts to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be optained by filling in the RMA request form online. Performance of any repair or replacement on product under warranty does not renew or extend the warranty period.Non-Warranty Repair: You may return a product for repair that is not covered by warranty only if you have received a preapproved RMA number from Neomounts. Labor costs and freight charges associated with non-warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the customer, reseller or installer. A repair fee, specific to the product, is charged for any product that is repaired outside of the warranty period. Repairs on products out of warranty also carry a 90-day warranty, effective the day that you receive the item after repair.
