Incorporating the Sony STARVIS back-illuminated CMOS sensor, Smart IR illuminators, and Warm White LEDs, which are specially designed for surveillance applications, the ICA-M4580P provides sharp and detailed images under all lighting conditions, offering superior performance in both low-light environments and complete darkness. The combination of Smart IR and Warm White LED illuminators ensures accurate color reproduction and enhanced visibility for comprehensive monitoring. With the 2.7~13.5mm motorized focus and 5x zoom, users can remotely adjust the focus and zoom from the web interface. Being able to operate under the temperature range from -20 to 60 degrees C, the ICA-M4580P, equipped with a tough IP67-rated metal housing and its outdoor and handy features, enables you to easily install the camera in any public areas, such as buildings, gardens, parking areas, markets, railway stations and hospitals. Unique Smart IR and Warm White LED

If the same image quality level of H.264 is compared with that of H.265, the latter is able to save around 83% of bandwidth, meaning H.264(+)/H.265(+) offers much higher quality video for less bandwidth. Smart Focus with Zoom Function
The ICA-M4580P is designed with the Smart Focus to make installation and adjustment easier by allowing remote focus and zoom adjustment. The 5x zoom function works by a stepping motor controlled via software to automatically provide the best iris position for the best exposure time in all lighting conditions.
Exceptional Image Quality
Together with powerful image processing attributes like Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and 3-dimensional Noise Reduction (3DNR) technology, the ICA-M4580P is able to filter the intense backlight surrounding a subject and remove noises from video signal. The result is that an extremely clear and exquisite picture quality can be produced even under any challenging lighting conditions.
Advanced Media Management
The ICA-M4580P supports a number of advanced features to enhance surveillance flexibility and event management capabilities. The advanced features include ROI (region of interest), motion detection, 3 configurable regions of privacy mask to protect personal privacy, video tampering, intrusion detection, line crossing, loitering detection, people gathering detection, and vehicle detection function. It also comes with image adjustment options, newly-added anti-overexposure protection function, three white balance modes, and five backlight compensation modes. The ICA-M4580P also supports SD card interface. You don’t need to connect to the NVR to set up the recording. The playback function can be realized by performing it directly.
With more user-friendly GUI interface that allows users to better monitor, the ICA-M4580P supports IPv6, QoS and IEEE 802.1X functions. Newly-added secure email for password reset and email encryption protocol now can support TLS.
