Superior details and light sensitivity
Built on ARTPEC-9, this next-generation outdoor camera offers outstanding video quality in 4 MP at 60 fps. It features an extremely light-sensitive ½” sensor to deliver clear, bright images and better handling of shadows. With 34x optical zoom, you can easily follow fast-moving objects. Plus, laser focus ensures precise focus every time. Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR deliver true colors and great detail in challenging light or near darkness. Furthermore, Axis Zipstream with support for AV1, H.264, and H.265 significantly lowers bandwidth and storage requirements.
Powerful, next-generation analytics
Featuring a deep learning processing unit (DLPU), this AI-based camera runs advanced features and powerful analytics on the edge. It also delivers valuable metadata, facilitating fast, easy, and efficient forensic search capabilities in live or recorded video. AXIS Object Analytics comes preinstalled to detect, classify, track, and count humans, vehicles, and different types of vehicles. It also comes with AXIS Image Health Analytics. Autotracking 2 with click-and-track functionality enables active object tracking, and an orientation aid enables dynamic text overlays. What’s more, chameleon masking safeguards privacy.
Robust with strong cybersecurity
Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform, safeguards the device and offers FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certified secure key storage and operations. With IP66-, IK10-, NEMA 4x, and NEMA TS2-ratings, it’s both impact and weather-resistant. The camera’s operating temperature is -50 to 50 °C (-58 to 122 °F), while Arctic Temperature Control allows it to power up at as low as -40 °C (-40 °F). With shock detection, you'll be informed if the camera has been hit. And defog functionality ensures clear images despite fog or smog. Furthermore, it offers support for fiber connection, PoE, audio, four I/O ports, and smart restart with the included midspan.
