The Lindy USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A to B Active Cable provides a dependable solution for connecting a computer to a USB-B device, such as a printer or scanner, over extended distances. With a 10m reach and built-in active electronics, it supports high-speed data transfers of up to 5Gbps, ensuring performance without compromise.
This cable features USB-A and USB-B male connectors, making it easy to connect Type B devices directly to a computer and allowing for greater flexibility in device placement. It’s compatible with any USB Type A-equipped computer and offers straightforward plug-and-play installation for a seamless setup.
For optimal performance, this active cable is recommended for use with low-power or self-powered USB peripherals. It may not be suitable for high-power devices unless they have an independent power source.

USB 3.0, USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 PCs, cables and devices are all compatible with each other, when using either a USB Type A or USB Type C host interface.
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 all support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps.
USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 both support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps.
