The Lindy 2 Port Type C, DisplayPort 1.2 KVM Switch is a compact solution for providing access and control over two Type C equipped devices with from a single keyboard, mouse, and display. It_s an Ideal solution for flexible, plug and play workstations, allowing users to control multiple Laptops, or a single Laptop and another Type C device such as a mobile phone or tablets using Type C with DisplayPort Alt Mode.
Support for resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD 60Hz ensures optimum image quality, perfect for high fidelity graphics in gaming setups, video editing or dual system control workstations. Additional support for High-Dynamic Range ensures video content can be seen with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts, and a much wider colour gamut. A combined 3.5mm audio port allows users to connect a headset, microphone or speakers to add immersive 2-channel audio, while additional USB peripherals can be connected via the 2 ports USB 2.0.
Connecting an additional Type C power supply (optional, not included) ensures host devices can be powered and charged through the 100W Type C Power Delivery 3.0 input port. Perfect when mains power outlets are in short supply, and improves cable management for minimalist installations.
This device switches automatically when only one active source is connected, while when multiple devices are connected, switching is also possible by pushing the select button on the front panel for simple and reliable control, great for both professional and first-time users.
Please Note: Type C sources must support DisplayPort Alternate mode for video output, smartphones and tablets can only display a mirror image. Fast Role Swap feature is not supported. -
