The Neomounts AWL75-450WH is a practical wall adapter compatible with the single monitor DS70-450WH1 and DS70PLUS-450WH1, and dual monitor DS75-450WH2 desk mounts. The wall adapter offers you the possibility to install the monitor arm to the wall instead of the desk. A clever, space saving solution when desk installation is not possible or desired.
The inner packaging of the AWL75-450WH wall adapter is plastic free and made from cardboard and paper. -

Warranty Repair: In the event that any Neomounts product becomes defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Neomounts will determine with you if the product defect is covered under warranty. Neomounts, at its own discretion, may replace or repair the product determined to be under warranty at a designated Neomounts location or at your location. The labor costs associated with the repair of the product may be the responsibility of Neomounts if determined to be under warranty.
You must receive pre-approval by Neomounts for the labor costs prior to repair or replacement of warranty products. You must contact Neomounts to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be optained by filling in the RMA request form online. Performance of any repair or replacement on product under warranty does not renew or extend the warranty period.Non-Warranty Repair: You may return a product for repair that is not covered by warranty only if you have received a preapproved RMA number from Neomounts. Labor costs and freight charges associated with non-warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the customer, reseller or installer. A repair fee, specific to the product, is charged for any product that is repaired outside of the warranty period. Repairs on products out of warranty also carry a 90-day warranty, effective the day that you receive the item after repair.
