The Neomounts pole, model FPMA-D9POLE is a 100 cm high pole to replace the supplied 40 cm pole which is included with selected Neomounts deskmount series. Ideal to increase the height adjustment of monitor mounts with 60 extra centimetres! Using this pole does not only allow enormous height adjustment but multiple screen mounts as well. The pole can be mounted to the desk and ceiling.
The diameter of this pole is 3 cm. The pole is supplied without desk clamp. This mount must be purchased separately from the desk mount arm.
This model is suitable for the following Neomounts desk mounts:
FPMA-D910, FPMA-D920, FPMA-D930 (-D, D3, D4, D6), FPMA-D1010, FPMA-D1020 and FPMA-D1030 (-D, D3, D4, D6)
All installation material is included with the product.

On Neomounts mounting solutions is a warranty term applicable of 5 years
Warranty Repair: In the event that any Neomounts product becomes defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Neomounts will determine with you if the product defect is covered under warranty. Neomounts, at its own discretion, may replace or repair the product determined to be under warranty at a designated Neomounts location or at your location. The labor costs associated with the repair of the product may be the responsibility of Neomounts if determined to be under warranty.
You must receive pre-approval by Neomounts for the labor costs prior to repair or replacement of warranty products. You must contact Neomounts to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be optained by filling in the RMA request form online. Performance of any repair or replacement on product under warranty does not renew or extend the warranty period.
Non-Warranty Repair: You may return a product for repair that is not covered by warranty only if you have received a preapproved RMA number from Neomounts. Labor costs and freight charges associated with non-warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the customer, reseller or installer. A repair fee, specific to the product, is charged for any product that is repaired outside of the warranty period. Repairs on products out of warranty also carry a 90-day warranty, effective the day that you receive the item after repair.
