MSUHD-88-18G is an 8x8 HDMI 2.0 4K60 4:4:4 Scaler Matrix. This unit can connect any Input to any Output simultaneously. Transmit your favourite HD sources (Blu-Ray player, Satellite Receiver, Gaming Console, etc) and with a bandwidth speed of 18Gbps, the MSUHD-88 can easily connect to both 4K and legacy HD projectors/displays without any compromise. With Up / Down Scaling, and HDR.
The output signals are amplified and equalised for the best HDMI signal without loss of quality.
SCALING – All outputs can have their own scaling options set independently. Choices include Bypass mode, Up Scaling from 1080p to 4K (along with video enhancement modes), Down Scaling from 4K to 1080p, and HDBT Auto Mode.
HDMI – Compliant to HDMI version 2.0 with a max bandwidth of 18Gbps.
HDCP – Can pass HDCP, or can be set to V1.4, V2.2, or Cascade mode.
EDID – Management of EDID ensures stable installation performance, with the ability to read the EDID from the display and then to store it to each input independently. Can be managed from the front panel buttons or via RS232 commands. With 30x built-in pre-defined EDID settings, and 3x user programmable EDID memories.
Audio De-embedding is also built in with de-embedded audio per output. Analogue audio De-embedding is on all 8x outputs via 3 pin screw terminals, with Coax Digital Audio on outputs 1 and 2 via RCA connectors.
Control of all switching functions is carried out via a choice of Front Panel Buttons, IR, RS232 or LAN. A remote Infra Red handset is included to select Inputs and Outputs.
Front panel display - An LCD display shows the current matrix routing and aids with visual confirmation of other settings.
This unit is 1U and can be fitted into any rack with ease.
