Wizard 4U – Wireless presentation Switcher with 5x USB
Allows multiple participants to share content wirelessly from laptops or mobile deice, (using Airplay, Chromecast, Miracast, etc.) or by 'Touch to Show' using the Wand C or Wand H dongle. A Wizard 4U features the ability to connect to up to 4x peripheral USB devices such as cameras/mics, and can transmit video/audio from a single USB camera/mic to all participants. Connecting to a wide array of devices in a simple and intuitive way, this small group presentation solution provides the ability to share up to four connected devices at a time, or in 'Multi-View' with up to 4x devices shown concurrently, at the touch of a button.
The Wizard 4U has 5 USB ports, 3 more than the Wizard 4 and supports Touch-Back, this allows a touchscreen display to, via USB, transmit video/audio from a single USB camera/mic to all participants' devices, making it a practical solution for Teams/Zoom meetings involving small groups.
The Touch-Back facility allows a presenter to navigate the source directly from the display side, ensuring control remians with the Moderator, allowing functions such as stop-sharing, full-screen mode, audio mute, and many more.The presenter may annotate onto the display screen image/use it as a white-board. The annotated image/white-board can be saved and sent to other delegates. Wizard 4U provides an optimum solution for any small/medium sized meeting room, educational spaces, and for a complete, multi-user video conferencing experience.
Multiple USB Ports – With a total of 5x USB ports (4x USB-A ports, 1 USB-C), for connection to multiple devices including storage, HID and more. A shared camera and microphone can be connected via the USB ports for a complete VC meeting experience.
Multiple Viewing Options Single, Dual, Triple, or Quad view modes. You are able to control and preview content using and OSD (On Screen Display) menu. A customizable home screen enables the experience to be tailored to your liking, along with a Central Management App for total meeting system control.
Instant Wireless Connections – Airplay, Miracast, Chromecast, and other apps can connect directly to the Wizard, without the need for a dongle. Two LAN networks are available for maximum security. For example you could use the Main Wi-Fi for company employees and a Guest Wi-Fi network to join your visitors to the meeting.
Connect using a Wand C or Wand H – Single button 'Touch to Go' Wand dongles provide an instant connection without the need for separate applications. Present video from your devices with a USB-C output using Wand C, for devices with an USB-A and HDMI output use Wand H.
Powerful Presentation Features – The ‘Touch to Show’ feature lets you connect the wireless Wand dongles by simply pressing the button on the top of the Wand to easily connect to the meeting or presentation. Moderator function – Ensures that the meetings can be kept under control by the meeting organiser straight from the main display or from the built-in Web GUI. Touch Back allows presenter to naviagate the source from the display side, allowing for control of any connected laptop/mobile device. Presenter may annotate the screen image/use as a whiteboard, the annotated image/screenshot may then be sent back to any connected source device.
Security – Best-in-class data security, with Dual Network and high standard encryption ensures that your network remains safe and secure, whilst still allowing visitors to join your BYOD meeting.
Web GUI – The built-in Web GUI allows control of all the functions and features of the Wizard 4U for easy initial set up as well as carrying out ‘on the fly’ changes.
CEC Control – The Wizard 4U can be configured to either let the Wizard 4U control the display’s power, or to allow the Display to control the Wizard’s power.
PoE – The Wizard 4U can be powered via PoE or external PSU.
Video Conferencing compatibility – Compatible with mainstream VC platforms like Teams, Zoom, Webex etc.
