It also offers a zoomed view angle of H 35°, V 19.8°, and D 40°, allowing for detailed surveillance of specific areas. The built-in IR LED illumination and IR cut filter enable clear night mode operation. The camera's video specifications include H.264 compression, a resolution of 3840 x 2160 at a maximum frame rate of 30 FPS, and a variety of image settings for customisation, ensuring high-quality video capture.
The UniFi Protect G5 Pro is powered by a dual-core Arm Cortex-A53-based chip, which ensures efficient operation. It connects via a 10/100 MbE RJ45 port and is powered using PoE, simplifying installation. The camera's temperature tolerance ranges from -20 to 50°C (-4 to 122°F), allowing it to function in a wide range of climates. With a built-in microphone that can be disabled, it offers audio capabilities. The camera is managed using the UniFi Protect software, which is accessible via UniFi OS application and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
