• OVERVIEW
  The ViewSonic VG2755 is a 27’’ (27’’ viewable) 1080P IPS monitor designed to fit the modern office space. The monitor comes with a built-in USB Type-C port and a complimentary USB Type-C cable. Charge and display content simply via a single cable from your device, enabling connection to your laptop through a single USB cable and keeping your workstation neat while also functioning as a docking monitor. In addition, the monitor is equipped with DisplayPort, HDMI, VGA, and three USB Type-A ports to expand your efficiency. The three-sided frameless bezel design lets you enjoy an uninterrupted view of content across multiple monitors. An advanced ergonomic design offers the widest range of adjustments available for maximum comfort; including pivot, swivel, height adjustment, and an impressive 40° tilt, allowing you to use the monitor while standing or have strategic group discussions around the screen. The packaging is environmentally friendly and offers quick and easy out-of-the-box setup, making VG2755 series monitors perfect for business environments.

  ViewSonic’s proprietary vDisplay Manager software is available for free and allows users to organise and divide their screen into multiple segments. The software also enables users to adjust their monitor settings via the software directly for a more efficient workflow.

  Environmentally Friendly Packaging
  Designed with the environment in mind, the packaging for the VG48/VG55/VG55-2K series is made with up to 80% recyclable and paper based materials instead of hazardous EPS (polystyrene). Additional plastic materials, such as handles, have been replaced with hand holes and the exterior of the package uses mono color printing.

  ViewSonic warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ViewSonic will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement Product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.

  How to get service:

  • For information on obtaining warranty service, call your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic Call Desk / Service Provider or ViewSonic; refer to the Contact Us page located in each country's corresponding web site:
  • To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide.
    1. The original dated sales slip. (Invoice or Proof of purchase)
    2. Your name.
    3. Your address.
    4. The serial number, IMEI number and the model number of the product.
    5. A description of the problem.
    6. Mobile and wireless products and All-in-One, customers should provide the user name and the password in order to access the device and perform warranty service.
  • For DOA cases apart from above the followings are also required.
    1. A photo showing the defect symptom.
    2. A photo of the unit serial number with the bar code.
    3. A photo showing the condition of the original container.
  • For additional information or the name of the nearest ViewSonic service centre, contact your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic.

  If the warranty on your product has already expired:

  In case your product is no longer within its warranty period, but you'd like to have it repaired, you can still contact our Call Desk or Repair Center in your country of residence, but you will be charged directly by our Repair Center on the service.
