Three-year limited LCD display warranty.
AG Neovo provides a limited warranty for qualifying LCD display products and parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
For the SMQ-5501, AG Neovo states three years for parts and three years for the LCD panel from the date of initial retail purchase, subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised repair, accidents, incorrect installation, shipping damage, power fluctuations, physical panel damage, excessive environmental exposure or other excluded causes.
Customers should retain their invoice and refer to the current manufacturer warranty documentation for the complete conditions and applicable service procedure.
