Next-Business Day Delivery policy

Next Working Day Delivery Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This Next Working Day Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with Screen Moove, a trading name of Snugfort Limited. It explains the scope of our courier delivery service, dispatch requirements and customer responsibilities.

This policy should be read alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Any delivery arrangements expressly agreed for an individual order will take precedence over general delivery estimates.

Important Notice: Installation Appointments

WE RECOMMEND TO NOT BOOK ENGINEERS, INSTALLERS OR OTHER CONTRACTORS UNTIL YOUR SCREENS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED, INSPECTED AND CHECKED FOR OPERATION.

An estimated delivery date, dispatch notification or courier tracking update should not be used as confirmation that installation can proceed.

Customers who arrange installation with 3rd companies before receiving and checking their goods may incur call-out fees, wasted labour charges or rescheduling costs if delivery is delayed or an issue is identified on receipt. Please refer to Section 8 for further information.

1. Nature of the Delivery Service

Screen Moove fulfils orders through independent parcel couriers and pallet freight networks.

“Next working day delivery” describes a courier service with a target delivery date of the next working day following dispatch and acceptance of the goods into the courier network.

The standard service does not include:

  • A dedicated vehicle or driver reserved for your order.

  • A guaranteed arrival date or time.

  • An appointment coordinated with your installation team.

  • A requirement for the driver to telephone before arrival.

  • Unpacking, assembly, installation or removal of packaging.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding applicable UK bank holidays. Weekend or timed delivery applies only where separately arranged and confirmed.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Order processing and courier transit are separate stages.

Standard in-stock orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Selecting next working day delivery does not automatically shorten this processing period unless a shorter dispatch period is expressly confirmed for your order.

Dispatch may depend on:

  • Stock availability and allocation.

  • Release of goods by a supplier or distribution warehouse.

  • Completion of payment and order verification.

  • Confirmation of complete delivery details.

  • Applicable dispatch cut-off times.

  • Preparation of customised, special-order or palletised goods.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not confirm that the goods have been dispatched or collected by the courier. Likewise, creation of a shipping label or tracking reference does not necessarily confirm physical collection.

If we become aware of a material change to the expected dispatch date, we will contact you with the information available.

3. Eligibility and Delivery Coverage

Next working day delivery is available only for eligible products and destinations, subject to stock, dispatch timing and courier coverage.

Large-format displays, palletised goods, remote postcodes, island destinations and locations requiring special access arrangements may be subject to different delivery services or lead times.

Any delivery charges applicable at the time of ordering will be shown at checkout or included in your quotation. If a different service or additional charge becomes necessary, we will contact you before proceeding with that change.

4. Estimated and Agreed Delivery Dates

Unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed with Screen Moove, dates provided on product pages, quotations, routine order updates and courier tracking are estimates.

Courier delivery windows may change while goods are in transit. An “out for delivery” notification indicates the courier’s intended delivery activity; it does not confirm successful delivery.

If delivery by a particular date is essential, you must inform us before placing your order. We will assess the requirement and confirm whether we can agree to it. We recommend obtaining written confirmation of any specific delivery arrangement.

5. Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order, including:

  • The recipient’s name and, where applicable, the company or site name.

  • The building name or number and full street address.

  • The correct town or city and postcode.

  • A valid contact telephone number.

  • Any access restrictions, opening hours or booking requirements.

Missing or incorrect information may delay processing, prevent dispatch or result in an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Providing a telephone number does not guarantee that the driver will call before arrival. Customers should ensure that the delivery address can be located and that appropriate arrangements are in place to receive the goods.

6. Inconsistent Details and Address Amendments

Where information supplied during ordering conflicts with a purchase order, subsequent correspondence or other delivery instructions, we may pause dispatch while the discrepancy is clarified.

A different billing and delivery address is not, by itself, an error. However, we may request clarification where details are incomplete, inconsistent or require verification.

The delivery address recorded on the order will remain the intended destination unless Screen Moove confirms an amendment. Sending an address-change request does not confirm that the change has been accepted or implemented.

Please notify us immediately if a correction is required. Once goods have been dispatched, an amendment or redirection may not be possible. Where a change can be made, it may affect the delivery date and result in additional courier charges, which we will explain before agreeing to the change.

Where incorrect or conflicting information supplied by the customer results in additional delivery, storage or return costs, reasonable charges reflecting the costs incurred may apply. Customers will not be charged for correcting an error caused by Screen Moove.

7. Courier Delays and Delivery Assistance

Courier services may be affected by network congestion, sorting or routing errors, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, access difficulties and other operational disruption.

If a shipment does not arrive as expected, please contact Screen Moove with your order number. We will:

  • Review the available tracking information.

  • Raise an enquiry with the courier or dispatching warehouse.

  • Provide material updates as they become available.

  • Work with you to resolve the delivery issue.

A missed target date does not automatically establish that the goods have been lost. Any cancellation, replacement or refund request will be considered according to the circumstances, the delivery arrangements agreed and applicable law.

8. Engineers, Installation Costs and Project Deadlines

We recommend all of our customers to wait until their screens have been successfully delivered and checked before confirming installation appointments with 3rd party engineers.

Before arranging installation, please confirm that:

  • All required items have arrived.

  • Product models and quantities match the order.

  • The goods have been inspected for visible damage.

  • The equipment has been checked for operation, where safe and practical.

Booking an engineer before these checks have been completed creates a risk that the appointment cannot proceed.

Reimbursement of engineer call-out fees, wasted labour, contractor waiting time or installation rescheduling costs is not automatically included in the next working day courier service. A missed estimated delivery date does not, by itself, establish an entitlement to reimbursement.

Any claim will be assessed according to the circumstances, including any delivery commitment expressly agreed with Screen Moove and the customer’s applicable legal rights. This section does not exclude liability where the law requires us to accept it.

9. Delivery Access and Unsuccessful Attempts

Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive the goods where required.

Pallet deliveries are normally made on a kerbside-only basis. Unless separately agreed, drivers are not required to move goods indoors, negotiate stairs, unpack products or remove packaging.

Delivery may be unsuccessful where:

  • The recipient is unavailable.

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Access is restricted or unsafe.

  • Site opening hours or booking requirements have not been disclosed.

  • The delivery is refused.

Where an unsuccessful attempt is attributable to information or arrangements within the customer’s control, reasonable redelivery, storage or return charges may apply in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

10. Delivery Charges and Refund Requests

If a paid next working day delivery service fails to meet its stated target, please contact us so we can investigate and assess any delivery-charge refund due under the terms applicable to your order.

The review may take account of the service purchased, the dispatch and delivery records, the cause of the delay and any delivery commitment expressly agreed.

Where the service was provided free of charge, there is no delivery charge to refund. This does not remove any other remedy to which the customer may be entitled.

11. Inspection and Reporting Problems

Please inspect the goods promptly after delivery and before installation. Check the packaging, product condition, model numbers and quantities.

Please report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours where reasonably possible, providing your order number and clear photographs of the goods, packaging and relevant labels. Prompt reporting helps us investigate and raise courier enquiries.

Retain the packaging until the goods have been inspected and tested. Failure to report within 48 hours or retain packaging does not, by itself, remove statutory rights. Installation does not constitute acceptance of a defect that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.

12. Statutory Rights and Agreed Commitments

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The use of an independent courier does not remove Screen Moove’s obligations under the sales contract. Where a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed, that commitment will be considered when assessing any delay or associated claim.

13. Contact Information

For delivery enquiries, address corrections or requests concerning a specific delivery deadline, please contact us and quote your order number.
